Refunds and cancellation

If the written fixes do not match your site, for example they describe pages you do not have or problems your pages do not have, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying.

• Email hello@rankingtop.app from the address you paid with, and include the link to the proof.
• Tell us in a sentence what does not match. We may ask one follow-up question; we will not make you argue for it.
• The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

Cancel any time from billing in your dashboard. Your plan keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops; you are not charged again.

We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already started, monthly or yearly, except where the law requires it or we could not provide the service. If something went wrong on our side, write to us.

A 7-day trial is not charged if you cancel before it ends. If you keep the plan, your card is charged on the last day of the trial. We email you before that day so it is not a surprise.

The free proof costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.
